When and How will my items ship?

Ready to ship pieces will ship within 2-5 business days of purchase. You will receive an confirmation email with tracking when your package is shipped.

I ship everything priority mail USPS. Priority mail includes $100 insurance on all packages. Orders over $500 I will add insurance at no cost to you.

 

I cannot be held responsible for any packages the USPS misplaces, loses, marks as delivered and doesn't show up, etc. I advise adding insurance to your package always. You can purchase upgraded insurance to cover the full purchase price by adding the listing for shipping insurance to your order. Insurance WILL NOT cover stolen packages.

I will ship internationally. Any custom fees/import fees/tariffs are your responsibility.

Can you ship my purchase as a gift?

If you’re purchasing a gift to ship directly to the receiver, reach out and I’ll make sure it’s extra special.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of handmade pieces, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you submit an order, you have agreed to the purchase of the item, the description, and it's photos. Please read the listing carefully and view all photos before make a purchase. 

 

Do you accept custom orders?​

I do not accept custom orders. 

​

However if you see a design that is out of stock or not available in your size that you would like made for you, reach out! It is possible to recreate past work with similar stones or designs.

How does a Made to Order piece work?​

​

All made to order items are made and shipped within 2-3 weeks of being ordered, unless otherwise noted in the listing. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when the item ships.

 

With all handmade items, made to order items are each unique, and will not be the exact item in the photos. I make these items all the same way using the same materials as in the photos, but as with all handmade items there may be slight variations/differences.

 

How can I find my ring size?​

I recommend this ring sizer from Amazon.com. I keep this same one on my bench so we're both speaking the same language.

Do you accept layaway?

​

I do not accept layaway. I do offer Affirm and Afterpay at checkout!
